Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding company standards.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with planned increases over the next years. This is a full-time, on-site role with typical hours around 30+ per week and opportunities for career growth within ALDI.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS system and cash registers accurately.
• Good arithmetic and basic math skills.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products and maintain store displays.
• Assist customers at checkout and process purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Support store management in daily operations and achieving goals.
