Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Houston. You will assist store operations, hire and guide associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• Must be flexible to move store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Support leadership and staff to ensure smooth store performance.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
