Job summary

Panda Express is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a 3+ week leadership training program and mentorship through our Panda community.

You will assist operations, hire and guide associates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while striving to meet financial goals. This role requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with Serve Safe certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and help direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support hiring and onboarding of staff and ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Contribute to maintaining store standards and proper safety and sanitation practices.
