Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership and participate in the 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
• Maintain store standards and support daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
