Job summary

Panda Express is searching for a Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda store in the area. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a three-week (or more) store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with ongoing development and opportunities to advance into management positions within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
