Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store. You will hire, train and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences. The role includes involvement in daily store activities and ensuring standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
