• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage associates to achieve financial goals.
• Direct hiring, managing and directing of staff to ensure guest experiences.
• Provide and participate in leadership training and development programs for career progression.
