Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of a single store, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team of associates toward financial goals.

You will participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program, hire, coach, and schedule staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
