Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Hanes Mall location. You will oversee daily store operations, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and customer service.

You’ll recruit, train and develop staff while maintaining brand standards and visual displays. You’ll analyze reports to guide decisions, manage payroll, and fulfill omni-channel orders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach others.
