Abercrombie & Fitch Co. California is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership. You will drive sales through attentive customer service, oversee opening and closing routines, and ensure efficient store processes.

You’ll lead staffing, training, and development, coach non-management teammates, and push product knowledge, visual displays, and Omni Channel fulfillment while upholding brand culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
