Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team across daily operations, performance, and customer service. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising to uphold Skechers style and value.

You will drive sales, oversee scheduling and store processes, and help the store meet goals while fostering a respectful, inclusive environment. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales targets and drive revenue.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers’ standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and restocking processes.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
