Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily store operations, team leadership, and customer service delivery. You’ll oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies to help drive profitability.

This role requires weekend/evening availability, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a focus on creating a respectful, inclusive environment for customers and employees. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail leadership experience desired but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
