• Assist the store manager in enforcing Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with pricing, inventory, signage, promotions, invoicing, vendor control, and store appearance.
• Act as acting store manager in the manager's absence and cover for absent employees.
• Assist with employee scheduling and completion of paperwork including books and cashier duties.
• Advise the store manager of personnel issues or policy violations.
