You will collaborate with the General Manager to develop talent, manage performance, and ensure compliance with store policies. This role requires strong communication, a customer-centric mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and drive efficiencies.
• Lead by example and coach teams to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Execute store strategy in collaboration with leadership.
