Old Navy in Town of Webster, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will work with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates, execute store strategy, and deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. A current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of management, a HS diploma, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Motivated by metrics and delivering results.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Drive store sales and profitable growth with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and optimize operations.
• Lead process improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and uphold SOPs.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of the retail landscape.
