Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Stockton to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing performance and delivering standout customer service while overseeing opening/closing and daily store processes.

You’ll lead recruiting, training and engagement, with a focus on developing talent and promoting from within to future store leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and build teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring customer service and operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill omnichannel orders.
• Represent the brand and company culture.
