Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with people leadership in our Milpitas store. You will drive sales, oversee opening and closing, and ensure seamless operations while guiding floor sets and product knowledge.

You will recruit and train staff, coach non-management employees, manage scheduling and payroll, and maintain excellent customer service. The role emphasizes a promote-from-within culture and opportunities to grow into future

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
