You will drive sales by analyzing the business, oversee opening and closing routines, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store processes. You’ll recruit and train the non-management staff, develop product knowledge, lead floorsets and displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
