Job summary

Holiday Oil seeks an Assistant Manager in Lehi to supervise daily store operations, lead staff, and safeguard inventory while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires leadership, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.

The candidate will manage cash, oversee reports, and support scheduling and performance of team members, with a focus on safety and policy compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Lehi location.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
