The role emphasizes profitability, merchandising, operations, loss prevention, and staff development, requiring flexibility to work a varied schedule in a fast-growing company that values sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, budget preparation, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and ensure brand standards are met.
• Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration.
• Assist in replenishment, visual merchandising, inventory, and store administration.
• Support in training and development of staff, coaching, and performance accountability.
• Process transactions and merchandise through the POS system.
