Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• Create exceptional customer experiences with a client-focused approach and team collaboration.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to align with brand strategies.
• Ensure appropriate replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support compliance with loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in store operations including training, inventory management, and admin duties.
• Foster development and accountability within the team.
• Process transactions through the POS system.
• Assist in hiring qualified candidates for the store.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside the specific role when needed.
