dolcevitacareers stores are seeking a Store Assistant Manager (full-time) to work with the Store Manager on all store operations. The role focuses on guiding and developing a team of brand advocates to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand values.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Store Manager to optimize profitability, execute visual merchandising, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, and staff development.

• Assist in various store operations, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties when necessary, and customer service.
• Foster an environment of development and accountability.
• Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Assist Store Manager in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role.

The pay range of this position is $20-$22.50/hr plus commission. Actual rate will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and 401K, if applicable.
