Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Natick Mall, Abercrombie kids. The role merges strategy, operations, and people leadership to deliver stellar customer service and sales results.

You will supervise daily store operations, manage staffing and payroll, coach staff, and ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are upheld in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
