You will recruit, train, engage, and develop staff while maintaining brand standards, visual merchandising, and omni-channel fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.

• Build visual displays and analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control; operate POS and OMNI channel orders.
