Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support a single Panda Express location in Colorado. You will lead day-to-day store operations, hire and guide team members, and strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for future management opportunities and long-term career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial and guest experience goals.
• Participate in a leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
