Domino’s Pizza in North Carolina is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, serve as manager-on-duty, and partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members.

You will uphold brand standards, drive sales and labor goals, ensure health and safety, manage inventory and cash handling, and represent the store with customers and the community while supporting a fast-paced, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced team in a retail/food service environment.
• Ability to recruit, train and schedule Team Members effectively.
• Strong customer service mindset and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage cash handling and reporting accurately.
• Familiarity with inventory control and basic operating software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Partner with General Manager to recruit, train and schedule Team Members.

• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
