Job summary

Domino’s in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Manager to act as manager-on-duty, supporting the General Manager in recruitment, training and scheduling. You will uphold brand standards and ensure quality product and service while driving store performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development and customer relationship building in a fast-paced Domino’s store environment.

Qualifications

• EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude
• Possess integrity and honesty
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess reliable transportation with valid driver's license, registration and liability insurance
• Ability to train and engage Team Members
• Ability to pass background investigation and motor vehicle report
• Experience with inventory control, labor costs and computer knowledge
• Ability to manage Team Member schedules
• Ability to enter orders using computer or touch screen
• Familiarity with proprietary systems PULSE and PWR

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager
• Partner with General Manager to assist with recruitment, training and scheduling
• Uphold brand standards and company policies
• Provide high quality product and service to customers
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
• Foster productive Team Member relationships
• Serve as store mentor and operations expert in store-level roles
• Build relationships with customers and community
• Cash handling, reconciliation and reporting
• Inventory control and management
• Assist General Manager in marketing efforts
