Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, supervise team members, and support the General Manager in recruiting, training and scheduling while ensuring outstanding food quality and customer service.

As a manager-on-duty, you will uphold brand standards, control inventory, handle cash reconciliation, drive sales and labor goals, and mentor staff to deliver a fast, friendly experience at the Burgaw, NC location.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess integrity and honesty.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to pass background check and motor vehicle report.
• Experience in inventory control, labor costs and computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage team member schedules and handle orders via computer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Partner with General Manager to assist with recruitment, training and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
