Domino’s Pizza in North Carolina seeks an Assistant Manager to serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager, leading daily store operations with a focus on quality and speed.

You will partner with the GM to recruit, train, and schedule Team Members, uphold brand standards, manage inventory, control labor and food costs, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Possess integrity and honesty.
• Possess reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members.
• Experience with inventory control and labor cost management.
• Able to manage Team Member schedules and use basic computer tools.
• Comfort with entering orders on computer or touch screen.
• Familiarity with proprietary store software (PULSE, PWR).
