• Support daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and store visuals.
• Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend styling, order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll support.
• Meet sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead Division of Responsibility by volume group.
