Garage Clothing Co in Westlake, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and mentor a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will uphold brand visuals and manage inventory, including shipments and eCommerce fulfillment.

The role requires 2+ years in fashion retail management, a passion for fashion, strong organizational and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion with an outgoing personality and strong customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in responding to changing business needs.
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration across teams.
• Social media skills, mobile device skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or OpenOffice.
