Job description

As an Assistant Store Manager, provide support to the store manager in managing store operations. Responsible for staff shift management, labor control, human resource development, product ordering, inventory management, and operational aspects of product development. Ensure compliance with store laws and regulations, and report issues to the store manager and relevant authorities.

Essential Functions:

1. Enhance customer service quality, maintain customer relations, and ensure cleanliness and proper implementation of store policies.
2. Recruitment, staff training, counseling, and building effective work operations.
3. Manage and supervise staff, ensure compliance with company rules, monitor working conditions and attitudes, and oversee shift operations.
4. Order products appropriately, manage sales areas to prevent stockouts, control losses, and oversee inventory.
5. Implement and manage sales plans, organize merchandise, and handle replenishment.
6. Achieve sales goals, monitor basket counts, manage loss and inventory turnover days.
7. Manage cash register floats and safe money.
8. Organize and maintain forms, documents, manuals, files, and records.
9. Manage store equipment and fixtures.
10. Ensure store security, prevent theft, and maintain store interior and tidiness.
11. Operate based on company guidelines and standards.

Education Requirements: High school Diploma/GED

Work Experience Requirements: 2+ years
