You will leverage OSJL’s technology to drive operations, schedule freight, and partner with the Store Team Leader to maintain inventory and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of previous retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandising standards across assigned areas.
• Manage efficient freight flow and backroom operations.
• Coordinate receiving and stock placement with the Store Team Leader.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and reconcile daily funds per store closing procedures.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team culture.
