Responsibilities include backroom/freight optimization, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Docs, Drive, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
• Oversee freight flow and backroom efficiency with a 24-hour freight turnaround.
• Partner with Store Leader to maintain optimal inventory levels and product placement.
• Direct merchandising strategies to drive sales and inventory turnover.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates; foster collaboration and a positive culture.
• Ensure high customer service standards and store cleanliness/visuals.
