• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising.
• Develop merchandising strategies that drive sales and turnover.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates for growth.
• Foster a positive store culture and high customer service standards.
• Leverage technology and Oracle systems to manage expenses and people data.
