Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Area Team Leader in Belfast, ME. You will oversee merchandising, freight flow, and the daily operations of the store, while leading and developing the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve company goals.

The role requires 4+ years in retail management, proficiency with Google Workspace, and experience with HCM/BI tools. Expect a hands-on, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Formación

• 4+ years of previous retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic initiatives to maximize store profitability and achieve goals.
• Oversee backroom efficiency and freight flow with a 24-hour turnaround.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure proper product placement.
• Develop and coach store associates; recruit and nurture high-potential talent.
• Ensure merchandising standards and store presentation meet company programs.
