Responsibilities include leadership during absences, reconciling funds, optimizing freight, inventory management, coaching associates, and maintaining high customer service and store presentation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Proficient in Google platform (Google Workspace).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Profitability: Support programs to maximize revenue and goals; lead in absence of Store Team Leader; reconcile daily funds.
• Backroom Efficiency: Lead freight flow, maintain organized backroom, 24-hour freight turnaround; optimize scheduling with technology.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure merchandising and product placement; coordinate receiving and inspections.
• Foster a Collaborative Team: Recruit, train, and develop associates; nurture high-potential staff; create a supportive team environment.
• Championing a Positive Store Culture: Exceed merchandising and cleanliness standards; align operations with policies; foster good relationships with leadership.
• Customer Service Champion: Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation; maintain cleanliness and visual standards.
• Leveraging Technology: Support HR processes, Oracle systems, LMS, Thinktime; use mobile devices for store communications.
