Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Area Team Leader to oversee merchandising standards, drive efficient store operations, and lead store teams. The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong merchandising principles and freight operations knowledge, leveraging OSJL’s technology to enhance performance.

You will guide freight flow, manage inventory, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store presentation and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading store teams.
• Proficiency with merchandising and freight operations.
• Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
