Job summary

Northern Blends in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, manage inventory and KPIs, and partner with the District Leader to drive profitability and guest satisfaction across the store. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to deliver a guest experience.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and high-quality products.
• Maximize sales and drive profitability while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Review KPIs and identify improvements; implement changes.
• Partner with local community and participate in events to build brand awareness.
• Communicate and manage marketing strategies in-store and execute promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep; oversee equipment and facilities updates.
• Work with District Leader to execute initiatives; manage nights/weekends.
