The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, accounts payable/receivable, and meticulous record-keeping, with opportunities for growth within a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR related education/training.
• Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and Accounting Support: Manage parts reports, work orders, daily cash, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation.
• Customer Interaction and Experience: Greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, and online with professionalism.
• Operational Efficiency: Assist with inventory, warranty claims, and CRM processes to maximize sales and ensure policy compliance.
