Job summary

Titan Machinery in Brookings, SD is seeking a Store Administrator to provide essential administrative and accounting support while collaborating with the store leadership team. This temporary role requires professionalism and a customer-focused mindset to help maintain smooth store operations and exceptional service.

The role involves handling cash processing, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation, with duties spanning inventory coordination and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
• Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Administrative and accounting support: manage parts reports, work orders, and daily cash, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation
• Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and online with professionalism
• Assist with inventory, warranty claims, and CRM processes to maximize sales and ensure store policies and procedures are followed
