Job summary

Delek US Holdings in Tyler, TX is seeking an experienced Tank Maintenance Planner to manage non-routine maintenance, tank outages, and MI compliance projects across our storage assets. You will develop annual tank plans, coordinate across departments, forecast budgets, and lead bids and scheduling.

Proficiency in SAP or Maximo, strong project management and safety discipline are essential. This role supports operations in a demanding environment with scope to drive improvements and cost

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years project management in $1-5MM range during development and execution.
• 1+ years storage tank erection or inspection experience.
• 2+ years SAP or Maximo planning experience.
• 2+ years maintenance, project or turnaround leadership.
• 2+ years project management including budget management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute tank maintenance and non-routine work.
• Develop project timelines and provide weekly spending forecasts.
• Coordinate plant-level projects and small outages.
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices and environmental regs.
• Lead tank entry planning and safety processes.
