Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Texas operations. You will plan and execute upgrades and preventive maintenance for refinery assets, size resources, and oversee contractor work to optimize productivity.

You will coordinate with site management, suppliers, and technicians to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of maintenance work orders, while supporting the annual maintenance plan and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications

• 2 year / Associate Degree (Required).
• Six (6) or more years Oil & Gas or related experience (Required).
• In lieu of education, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance planning and upgrade projects.
• Prepare designs, drawings and task schedules for maintenance.
• Size necessary resources and select suppliers for maintenance.
• Ensure safety is considered in every Work Plan and coordinate with management.
• Oversee weekly and daily scheduling meetings and maintenance planning.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs maintenance planning; develops, plans and executes upgrade and projects for corrective and/or preventive maintenance | Prepares designs, drawings and schedules of tasks to be performed | Sizes necessary resources to execute the scheduled maintenance | Selects suppliers and controls the quality of materials and services provided by them | Ensures the conservation of equipment and platforms and the quality of customer service in order to optimize the productivity of each equipment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 year / Associate Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Six (6) or more years Oil & Gas or related experience (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• Oversees the planning and coordination of planned equipment maintenance work
• Ensures that safety is considered in development of every Work Plan
• Ensures that all tools and equipment adhere to the defined maintenance schedule
• Schedules routine maintenance
• Reviews all maintenance records for accuracy and proper retention
• Collaborates with site management, contractors and technicians regarding the maintenance schedule and findings
• Determines appropriate level of planning for each new routine Work Order
• Primarily responsible for facilitating the Weekly and Daily Scheduling meetings
• Supports the preparation of the Annual Maintenance Plan
• Communicates with all levels of Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability organization abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside of own knowledge and authority
• Ensures all skilled workers are trained and have back-up workers
• Uses system to manage work backlog
• Manages parts warehouse; and conducts parts validation
