Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a System Storage Admin to engineer and maintain storage and server infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments, virtualization, and storage arrays.

You will configure and manage VMware, NetApp, Dell/EMC, and Pure Storage, implement backups, security patches, and automation with Ansible, Foreman, GLPI, and related tools, while ensuring uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• High skill level in VMware administration and management (including Jenkins, GIT, and DevOps tool administration).
• Linux+ or RHCSA/RHCE preferred.
• 7+ years of system administration experience in Linux environments; able to script, cron jobs, log analysis, user management, iptables, and mail services.
• Proven ability to multi-task and communicate professionally with technical and non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain storage/server infrastructure.
• Install and configure servers and storage hardware per standards.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM).
• Administer storage (NetApp, Pure Storage, Dell/EMC).
• Implement backups, monitoring, and security patches.
• Support automation tools (Ansible).
• Maintain system standards and security posture.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software failures and coordinate with vendors.
