Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Work across multiple locations, including travel between sites as needed.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep facilities clean and presentable.
