Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining independent work with customer-focused service. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform routine inspections to ensure spaces are ready for rent.

You will also manage payments, cash handling, and reminders, with mileage reimbursement for travel between sites and outdoor/indoor duties as required. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and present fitting solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Handle payments, maintain cash drawers, issue reminders, and process collections when required.
