Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who works independently across multiple locations, both inside facilities and in outdoor settings. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include handling cash drawers, deposits, and customer payments; making reminder calls when needed; and traveling between sites with your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, or other service industries.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder calls when required.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
