The role requires walking in outdoor settings up to 50% of time, lifting up to 35 pounds, and driving between sites with mileage reimbursement.

• Ability to manage payments and collections.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
• Work at multiple locations and travel between sites using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of facilities.
