Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations, spending time inside and outside to serve customers and manage spaces. The role includes evaluating storage needs and upselling packing supplies, with daily inspections and money handling duties.

You will assist customers with payments, conduct reminder calls, and benefit from mileage reimbursement, performance bonuses, and full-time benefits after 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service sectors).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations; spend time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
