Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations, combining indoor customer service with outdoor duties. You’ll assess customer storage needs, upsell supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and staying on top of customer payments with reminder calls. Valid DL and a vehicle are required; mileage is reimbursed.

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Basic cash handling and banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when needed.
